What this machine is for
Miller Dynasty 300 DX is a TIG AC/DC power source with pulse, which also handles welding with a covered electrode. You adjust the current steplessly from 5 to 300 A, so with one unit you do thin sheets and thicker joints. You have balance and alternating current frequency adjustment, that is you set the ratio between oxide cleaning and penetration.
The documentation lists aluminium, magnesium, stainless steel, copper and titanium. This is a machine for a workshop that welds non ferrous metals and thin walled structures.
What to watch out for
Supply is 400 V three phase, so you need a power connection in the workshop. Cooling is done by a liquid radiator, count in a check of the fluid and the hoses. The duty cycle at 40 degrees is 300 A at 15 percent and 180 A at 100 percent. The set covers the power source, the radiator and a trolley, plan the space at the station and the way of transport. Condition B means traces of use and full working order. The condition letter says nothing about load capacity or the duty cycle.
How we sell used machines
This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package, further years can be added. We ship across the European Union, collection in person by appointment.
