We serve production plants, installation companies, workshops and traders in Poland and on European markets. We sell used machines checked in our own service centre to current standards, new equipment from Spartus, Magnum and Ideal, Böhler Welding filler metals, and accessories and parts. We also run service, rental and buying, so a single supplier covers the whole welding fleet.
Commercial terms
We quote net prices, and the VAT invoice goes out with the goods. For regular customers we open a credit limit with payment terms agreed individually, usually after several completed orders. For bulk orders, for example equipping several stations or a quarterly stock of wire, we prepare an offer with a volume discount and a delivery schedule.
Bulk orders and stock cover
For companies that use filler metals regularly we run repeat orders. We agree the range, the diameters and the packaging, and then deliver to a schedule, so that you neither hold a quarter of stock in your store nor run out in the middle of a job. With Böhler wires we match the packaging to the rate of use: S200 and S300 spools for manual work, drums for mechanised and robotic stations, where changing a spool every few hours costs more than the difference in the price of the packaging.
Export and shipping outside Poland
We ship to every country in the European Union. Where the buyer has an active EU VAT number, we treat the sale as an intra-community supply at 0 percent, after verifying the number in the VIES system and with the full set of documents confirming export. Machines are shipped on pallets, protected with film and foam, with transport documentation and photographs of their condition before loading. For larger batches we arrange full truck load transport. We work in Polish, English and German.
Documentation
Every used machine is checked in our own service centre to current standards. In the product listing we give the test result, the condition on the A, B, C scale, the list of replaced parts and the contents of the set, and the price of the machine includes the first year of the basic service package. New equipment comes with the manufacturer documentation and the warranty card. On request we carry out electrical testing of welding equipment to EN 60974-4, and the inspection report, which stands up to a quality system audit, is issued as part of the extended service package.
After sales support
Service runs from Krotoszyn and we are the authorised premium service in Poland for Megmeet, Migatronic, GYS and Böhler Welding. Companies on the extended service package also get priority response and a replacement machine for the duration of a repair. Parts for the brands we are authorised for usually arrive within a few working days.
Rental and buy back
If you need the capacity for a single contract only, we will rent you a machine by the day, the week or the month, and on long term rental we credit the rent against a purchase. Equipment coming out of use we buy back, with a quote within 24 hours, and it can be settled against a new unit, which makes renewing a fleet simpler without a single large outlay.
