We answer the phone and reply to emails the same working day. If the matter is technical, call us, because it is quicker to work out what machine you have and what you need.

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the workshop is closed. Emails from the weekend are picked up on Monday morning.

Service, reporting a repair

We repair MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA welders, plasma cutters, wire feeders and coolers. We do diagnostics, replacement of subassemblies, inspections and measurements.

Before you call, have four things ready: the make and model, the serial number from the rating plate, a description of the fault and a photograph of the error code on the display. With that set we solve some cases over the phone and quote for the rest straight away.

• You can bring the machine in after calling ahead, or order collection from us by pallet transport.
• After the diagnosis you get a quotation. We repair only once you agree.
• We run service packages for companies with several machines: inspections at agreed dates, an inspection report and a replacement machine for the duration of a repair.

Used machines

Every unit is checked in our own service centre to current standards: a load test and replacement of worn parts. We describe the result and the list of replacements in the product listing, we take unretouched photos, and the price of the machine includes the first year of the basic service package. Tell us what you weld and in what material, and we will select a machine rather than push whatever happens to be standing in the shop.

New machines

Spartus, Magnum and Ideal are sold here in the shop. Premium machines from Migatronic, GYS and Megmeet are on nowespawarki.pl. We advise on selection and configuration, and prepare quotations for companies.

Wires and consumables

Böhler Welding wires for mild steels, stainless steels, aluminium and special alloys, on spools and in coils. Give us the material grade, the thickness and the process, and we will select the classification and the diameter. For larger quantities ask for a price based on your annual requirement.

Buying and rental

We buy machines

We buy welders in working order and faulty ones, singly and from workshop closures. Send photographs of the rating plate and of the whole machine to sklep@spawlab.pl, and add whether it starts and what happens. You usually get a valuation the same day. We arrange transport.

Rental

We rent machines by the day, the week and the month. It is useful for a one-off job, while your own equipment is under repair, or for a procedure trial before buying. Give us the process, the current and the dates, and we will check availability.

Getting here and collection in person

We are in Krotoszyn, in the southern part of the Wielkopolska province, between Ostrow Wielkopolski, Jarocin and Rawicz. In your navigation enter Akacjowa 15, Krotoszyn.

[DESCRIPTION OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE SITE AND THE PARKING, TO BE COMPLETED]. If you are coming for a large machine, say so when you arrange the visit and we will bring out a pallet truck and prepare a pallet.

Collection in person is arranged by telephone. The reason is simple: some of the goods are in the warehouse, and used machines are brought out and started up before you arrive, so that you see them working rather than standing against a wall. An agreed time saves you a wasted journey.
