We ship from Krotoszyn within Poland and to every country in the European Union. Parcels go by DPD courier, machines travel on a pallet with Raben. The delivery cost is calculated in the basket once you enter your address, because it depends on weight, dimensions and the payment method you choose. You see it before you confirm the order, and there is nothing to pay on top later.

We count the time from dispatch, not from when the order is placed. Goods held in stock are packed the same working day if the order arrives before 12. With a used machine we add one day for the final inspection, the test and the photographs before dispatch.
If your basket holds wire and a machine, we send them together on a pallet. You do not pay for transport twice.
Shipping outside Poland goes to every country in the European Union, by pallet transport or by courier depending on the size. We give the cost and the date before you order, so write to us with your postcode and the machine model.
How we pack machines
A welder travels on a pallet, strapped to the base, with cardboard corner pieces and film all round. The torch, the earth lead, the regulator and the documents are packed separately in a box and placed inside. We do not ship gas cylinders, so buy gas locally or from your own supplier.
The Raben driver pulls up at the address and lowers the pallet on a tail lift if you order that service at the time of purchase. Carrying the goods into the building or up stairs is not part of the transport contract. Prepare a spot at ground level or a ramp, and have someone on hand at the delivery. Give us a phone number as well, so the driver can call before arriving.
Check the shipment on delivery
Look over the box or the pallet before the driver leaves. If you see torn film, a broken pallet, a punctured box or signs of water damage, unpack the goods in front of the driver and write a damage report. Take photographs of the packaging and the machine before you throw anything away.
Send the report and the photographs to sklep@spawlab.pl. With that set of evidence a claim against the carrier moves quickly and you get new goods or your money back. Without a report the carrier usually refuses to pay and the matter drags on.

Payment methods
- Ordinary bank transfer. You get the transfer details in the order summary and by email. We hold the goods until the payment is credited.
- PayU, that is a fast online transfer. You choose your bank and come back to the shop with confirmation within seconds.
- BLIK, a code from your banking app.
- eRaty instalments. You apply online during the purchase and get a decision straight away.
- LeaseLink leasing for companies. You select it in the basket and settle the rest with the lessor. Convenient on a machine from the upper shelf.
- Invoice with deferred payment for companies, after verification. Write to us before placing the order.
Online payments are handled by the operator PayU. We do not see or store your card details or your bank login.
VAT invoice and business purchases
We issue a VAT invoice with every order. Enter your VAT number in the order form and the invoice will be made out to the company. We send it as a PDF to the email address from the order, and we add a paper copy to the shipment on request.
If you want to buy on payment terms, write to sklep@spawlab.pl giving your VAT number and the terms you propose. We reply within one working day. Terms are granted after we verify the company, usually from the second order onwards.
Sales to companies in the European Union, intra-community supply at 0 percent
To a company with an active EU VAT number we sell under the intra-community supply procedure at 0 percent. There are four conditions:
- the buyer's EU VAT number active in the VIES system on the day of sale,
- the invoice made out to the company, not to a private individual,
- the goods transported out of Poland to another country in the Union,
- documents confirming the transport, that is a consignment note signed by the recipient or a confirmation of receipt.
Where a company from the Union collects in person, we issue an invoice at the domestic rate and correct it to 0 percent once proof of transport is provided. Write to us before buying and we will agree the documents and the method of transport.
Sales outside the Union we treat as export and settle individually. Ask us by email.
