SYNERGIC MIG WITH DUAL PULSE.

SPARTUS^® ProMIG 535 DP is a high class, modern inverter welder built on advanced PWM technology and professional IGBT transistors. It welds MIG / TIG DC and MMA with a current up to 500A. It is supplied from a three phase 400V mains. The machine opens many options within the metal joining methods listed above.

MIG welding

The ProMIG 535 DP has a synergic system for MIG/MAG welding with a choice of the following programs: for welding steel, stainless steel, aluminium and for braze welding. The machine also works in manual mode.

In addition the welder has a set of functions that support the welding process in the MIG method:

1P (Pulse), MIG/MAG welding with pulsing, which makes a spray arc much easier to obtain,

2P (Dual Pulse), welding with double pulsing, MIG/MAG welding in TIG quality,

JOB mode, the option to store 10 programs,

2T/4T / s4T / SPOT operating mode,

Burn Back,

Slow Feed,

pre-gas and post-gas.

A separate high class four roll wire feeder secures stable wire feeding. Another advantage is the option of welding with a Spool Gun torch.

TIG welding

Thanks to the solutions used, the ProMIG 535 DP also allows advanced welding with the TIG Lift method.
