Kemppi is a Finnish welding equipment maker from Lahti, in business since 1949. The brand built its position on inverter power sources for MIG/MAG and TIG and on digital arc control in continuous work.
On the used market you will mostly meet the Master and MasterTig families, compact Minarc and MinarcMig units for service work, and FastMig sources with a separate wire feeder. Older Pro and Kempact machines still run in workshops and still have parts available.
With a used Kemppi check the Euro socket and the interconnection cable, because on machines with a separate feeder this is where wear shows first. Look at whether a cooler is included and whether the pump has not been run dry, and check which synergic programs the panel holds, as some units leave the line with limited software.
