Lincoln Electric was founded in 1895 in Cleveland in the United States and is one of the largest makers of welding equipment and filler materials. In Europe the group holds among others the plant in Bielawa in Poland, earlier known as Bester.
Among used units you will find Powertec and Speedtec with a separate feeder, Invertec for MMA and TIG, Power Wave sources for automated work, and older machines with the Bester logo. Part of this equipment comes from shipyards and structural steel production.
With a used Lincoln check the mains supply, because many models run only on 3x400 V with no voltage selector. Look at the feeder and the interconnection cable, and check that the panel matches the source if the machine was rebuilt after a repair.
