Scope of the pre-sale inspection

This is how we inspect machines of this type in our service, every unit under load and with measurements to current standards. The result for this unit is the condition A, B or C shown next to it. You receive the report with measurement results with the service package.

Do czego ta maszyna

Cebora Prof 162 to transformatorowa przecinarka plazmowa o mocy 160 A. Taki prąd służył do cięcia blachy i profili stalowych w warsztacie oraz do przygotowania materiału przed spawaniem. Budowa jest transformatorowa, więc obsługa sprowadza się do nastawy prądu i prowadzenia palnika. Dokumentacja podawała pełną sprawność maszyny.

Na co zwrócić uwagę

Plazma pracuje na sprężonym powietrzu, więc potrzebna jest sprężarka z osuszaczem. Wilgoć i olej skracają żywotność dysz. Karta nie podawała danych zasilania, więc przed podłączeniem trzeba było sprawdzić tabliczkę egzemplarza. Stan B: widoczne ślady pracy, sprawność sprawdzona w serwisie.
