Description

About this machine

Fronius TPS CMT 4000 is a Cold Metal Transfer system that came out of a robot cell. CMT keeps heat input very low and the arc free of spatter, which is what makes thin sheet and mixed material joints possible.

Main data:

  • welding current 400 A at 30 % duty cycle, 320 A at 100 %
  • mains supply 400 V, three phase
  • liquid cooled
  • RCU 5000i control panel and a robot communication module
  • VR 7000 wire feeder, interconnection cable about 10 m

The machines were taken off the robots and brought to us in working order. Before sale each one was checked in our own service workshop in Krotoszyn against current standards. The torch supplied is confirmed with you before dispatch.

The price covers the first year of our basic service package. Used machines are sold without a commercial warranty. You get a VAT invoice and we ship on a pallet to any EU country. Companies in the EU with an active EU VAT number are invoiced at 0 % VAT.
