UTP ROBOTIC 250 is a metal-cored wire for hardfacing surfaces exposed to abrasion. It rebuilds shafts, rollers, screws, blades and surfaces working under abrasion.
The wire leaves only silicate islands instead of a full slag layer, which shortens the cleaning time between passes. The seamless sheath protects the core against moisture even after long storage, and the wire is used in maintenance work, where worn dimensions are restored.

Lay the overlay in overlapping beads and watch the part temperature, an overheated component will distort and crack where the layers meet. Set the parameters for spray arc, in the short arc range a metal-cored wire loses its deposition advantage. Keep the gas cover complete, without a full slag layer the pool is more sensitive to draughts.
