WEARcore XD 60-O is a self-shielded flux-cored wire that lays an alloy resistant to high stress grinding abrasion with low impact.
You weld without a cylinder, the pool is shielded by the decomposition of the core ingredients, so the wire suits outdoor work, wind included, and no regulator is needed at the station. It rebuilds shafts, rollers, screws, blades and surfaces working under abrasion.

Check how many layers you need to reach the target hardness, the first layer always mixes with the base material. Work with fume extraction, self-shielded wires smoke far more than gas shielded ones.
