Fronius: used welding machines, parts and service

We stock used Fronius power sources checked in our own service, plus parts for wire feeders, torches and cooling units. Most often we have machines from the TransSteel, TPS, MagicWave and TransTig families, both gas cooled and water cooled. With every unit you get a list of what was replaced and what is missing from the set.

Fronius at Spawlab

Fronius was founded in 1945 in Austria and works in welding, battery charging technology and photovoltaics. In welding the brand is known for digital pulsed MIG/MAG sources and for low heat input processes such as CMT.

Among used units you will mostly find TransSteel for steel, TPS and TPS/i in gas and water cooled versions, MagicWave for aluminium in AC/DC, and TransTig for workshop jobs. Older VarioStar and TransPuls Synergic machines still run in production.

With a used Fronius check which process packages are unlocked in the panel, because some functions are bought separately and cannot be added later without a service visit. Inspect the interconnection cable and the feeder socket, and on water cooled units the pump and the coolant.

We service Fronius in Krotoszyn and supply parts for feeders, torches and coolers. Every used machine gets a condition grade A, B or C, a list of equipment and missing items, and photos of the exact unit you buy.
