diamondspark 700 RC-SR is a seamless high-strength flux-cored wire of the rutile type, with a yield strength above 690 MPa, qualified in the stress relieved condition.
Among the parent materials it covers S550Q, S690Q, S550QL, S690QL, P550Q, P690Q and P550QL. The seamless sheath keeps moisture away from the core even after longer storage, and you can weld in all positions, including vertical up and overhead, on working machines, booms, cranes and structures that need a high yield strength.

Keep the hydrogen level low: dry consumables, a clean groove and preheating on greater thicknesses. Remove the slag before every following bead, slag left between layers is the most common source of inclusions. Store the wire dry and do not leave an open spool in the feeder overnight, the core takes up moisture.
