diamondspark DCMV RC is a seamless, creep resistant flux-cored wire of the rutile type, alloyed with chromium, molybdenum and vanadium.
Parent materials are 1.7706 and G17CrMoV5-10. The seamless make limits moisture pickup by the core and keeps the hydrogen level in the weld low, the copper coated surface improves current transfer in the tip, and the deposit stands up to creep on boilers, steam lines and refinery plant.

Do not break off welding and do not let the joint cool below the interpass temperature before the fill is finished. Remove the slag before every following bead, slag left between layers is the most common source of inclusions. Store the wire dry and do not leave an open spool in the feeder overnight, the core takes up moisture.
