FOXcore 309L H-T1 is a high-alloyed flux-cored wire of the E 309L type for special applications, heat resistant, with a bismuth free weld deposit, a controlled ferrite content and suitable for all welding positions.
The slag covers the bead and cools slowly, so the face stays even and the transitions to the parent metal are smooth. You can weld in all positions, including vertical up and overhead, and the wire also serves for cladding carbon steel surfaces. A deposit free of bismuth matters on joints that go through heat treatment.
- Classification EN ISO: 17633-A T 23 12 L P M21 (C1) 1
- AWS classification: A5.22 / SFA-5.22 E309LT1-4(1)
- Shielding gas: M21, C1
- Diameters: 1.2 / 2.0 mm

Use brushes and discs kept only for stainless steel, carbon steel particles cause rust staining on the face. Do not shorten the stick-out too far, a flux-cored wire needs resistive preheating so the core melts in time.
