FOXcore 316L-T1 is a high-alloyed flux-cored wire of the E 316L type for austenitic stainless steel, suitable for all welding positions and run under a mixed shielding gas.
Among the parent materials it covers 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4409, 1.4429, 1.4432, 1.4435 and 1.4436. All positions are open to it, the composition protects the joint against intergranular corrosion, and the wire is used in tank building, process piping and chemical or food equipment.

Use brushes and discs kept only for stainless steel, carbon steel particles cause rust staining on the face. Store the wire dry and do not leave an open spool in the feeder overnight, the core takes up moisture.
