WEARcore Dur 200-O is a self-shielded cored wire for building up carbon steel and cast iron parts.
The shielding comes from the core, so no cylinder or regulator is needed at the station, and the deposition rate shortens the filling of wider grooves. The wire rebuilds shafts, rollers, screws, blades and surfaces working under abrasion.

Lay the overlay in overlapping beads and watch the temperature of the part, an overheated piece will distort and crack at the layer boundary. Work with fume extraction, self-shielded wires smoke far more than gas shielded ones. Check the polarity before you start, self-shielded wires often run differently from solid wires.
