3Dprint AM 35 is an unalloyed solid wire for WAAM additive manufacturing. It also welds mild and low-alloy steels on welded structures, halls, frames, machine parts and repairs of structural steel.
The wire runs under shielding gas, fed continuously from a semiautomatic torch, and it also serves in WAAM additive manufacturing. It goes on steel structures, tanks, machine frames and workshop work on black steel.

Match the voltage to the wire feed speed, too low a setting gives a convex face and no fusion into the edges. Check the contact tip, a worn bore upsets the wire feed and causes burnback. Match the drive rolls to the wire diameter and check the liner, wire slip shows up at once in an unstable arc. Clean rust, paint and grease out of the groove, contaminated plate gives porosity even with well set parameters.
