diamondspark 620 RC is a seamless high-strength flux-cored wire of the rutile type, alloyed with nickel and molybdenum, with a yield strength above 620 MPa.
It joins grades such as S500Q, S620Q, S500QL, S620QL, L485MB, L555MB and L485QB together with their equivalents. The seamless sheath keeps moisture away from the core even after longer storage, all welding positions are open to it, and the wire works on mobile structures, machine frames, cranes and parts built for a lower own weight.

Keep the hydrogen level low: dry consumables, a clean groove and preheating on greater thicknesses. Remove the slag before every following bead, slag left between layers is the most common source of inclusions. Store the wire dry and do not leave an open spool in the feeder overnight, the core takes up moisture.
