diamondspark 700 MC is a seamless, high strength metal-cored wire alloyed with nickel, chromium and molybdenum, with a yield strength above 690 MPa. It goes into mobile equipment, machine frames, cranes and weight saving components.
The wire joins grades such as ASTM A 514, S550Q, S690Q, S550QL, S690QL, P550Q and P690Q, along with related materials. Its seamless sheath protects the core against moisture even after long storage.

- Approvals: TÜV (12822), DB (42.052.28), CWB, DNV, LR, CE
Keep the heat input within the range the steel maker specifies, going above it lowers the strength of the joint. Check the feed roll pressure, a metal-cored wire is easier to crush than a solid one. Set the parameters for spray arc, in the short arc range a metal-cored wire loses its deposition advantage.
