diamondspark Ni1 BC is a seamless high-strength flux-cored wire of the basic type, alloyed with about 1 % nickel and rated down to -60 °C.
It joins grades such as S355JR, S355J0, S355J2, S450J0, S355N, S460N and S355NL together with their equivalents. The seamless make keeps the hydrogen level in the weld low, the copper coated surface improves current transfer in the tip, and the wire is used in structural steelwork, on tanks, piping and series production.

Clean rust, paint and grease out of the groove, contaminated plate gives porosity even with well set parameters. Take care of degassing and a clean groove, basic slag will not forgive oily edges.
