diamondspark Ni2 RC is a seamless high-strength flux-cored wire of the rutile type, alloyed with about 2 % nickel and rated down to -60 °C.
Among the parent materials it covers S275N, S460N, S275NL, S460NL, S275M, S460M and S275ML. The seamless make limits moisture pickup by the core and keeps the hydrogen level in the weld low, all welding positions are open to it, and the wire is used in structural steelwork, on tanks, piping and series production.

On thicker parts and in a cold workshop plan preheating to cut the risk of cold cracking. Hold the torch tilted slightly backwards so the slag flows behind the pool, not ahead of it.
