diamondspark X70 RC-Pipe (N) is a seamless flux-cored wire of the rutile type for automatic pipeline welding, matched to X70 parent material and meeting the NACE requirements.
The rutile core makes constrained positions easier and gives a calm, soft arc, the seamless sheath keeps moisture away from the core, and the wire is set up for mechanised welding on pipelines, welded structures, halls, frames and machine parts.

Match the voltage to the wire feed speed, too low a setting gives a convex face and no fusion into the edges. Do not shorten the stick-out too far, a flux-cored wire needs resistive preheating so the core melts in time. Hold the torch tilted slightly backwards so the slag flows behind the pool, not ahead of it.
