BÖHLER DMO-IG is a low-alloyed, creep resistant solid wire. It suits welding CrMo steels in boiler, pressure vessel and petrochemical plant construction.
It joins grades such as S235JR, S355JR, S235JO, S355JO, S450JO, S235J2 and S355J2 together with their equivalents. The wire does well on pipe welding, fill passes included, and on boilers and pressure vessels under technical inspection, with a deposit that stands up to creep.

Do not break off welding and do not let the joint cool below the interpass temperature before the fill is finished. Check the contact tip, a worn bore upsets the wire feed and causes burnback. Match the drive rolls to the wire diameter and check the liner, wire slip shows up at once in an unstable arc.
