diamondspark 620 MC is a seamless, high strength metal-cored wire alloyed with nickel and molybdenum, with a yield strength above 620 MPa. It is used in machine building, crane structures and commercial vehicles.
The wire suits grades such as ASTM A519. Its seamless sheath protects the core against moisture even after long storage.

Keep the hydrogen level low: dry consumables, a clean groove and preheating on heavier sections. Set the parameters for spray arc, in the short arc range a metal-cored wire loses its deposition advantage. Keep the gas cover complete, without a full slag layer the pool is more sensitive to draughts. Match the diameter to the material thickness and the welding position, thinner wires are easier to control out of position.
