What diamondspark Ni1 RC-SR flux-cored wire is used for

diamondspark Ni1 RC-SR is a seamless high-strength flux-cored wire alloyed with about 1 % nickel, qualified in the stress relieved condition and rated down to -60 °C.

It joins grades such as S355JR, S355J0, S355J2, S450J0, S355N, S460N and S355NL together with their equivalents. The seamless make limits moisture pickup by the core and keeps the hydrogen level in the weld low, and all positions are open to it, including vertical up and overhead.
