diamondspark X80 RC-Pipe is a seamless flux-cored wire of the rutile type for automatic pipeline welding, matched to X80 parent material.
The rutile core gives a fast freezing pool, a well shaped face and slag that lifts easily. The seamless sheath keeps moisture away from the core even after longer storage, and the wire runs well on robot and mechanised stations, including welded structures, halls, frames and machine parts.

On thicker parts and in a cold workshop plan preheating to cut the risk of cold cracking. Store the wire dry and do not leave an open spool in the feeder overnight, the core takes up moisture. Do not shorten the stick-out too far, a flux-cored wire needs resistive preheating so the core melts in time.
